Our version of a NY style Bianca pizza. 15"-16". Never Bleached or Bromated flour with ancient grains for flavor, Ricotta Cream, Black Pepper, roasted garlic. Grande Mozzarella, Fresh Mozzarella and imported Pecorino Romano. Finished with Grana Padano and olive oil. Baked closer to well done, select *light bake if you prefer a less cooked pizza. For a twist add a sesame crust and carmelized Shallot.
